About Nephexis

Nephexis is a technology consulting company led by Nidhal Hamdi. We partner with fintech and transaction-heavy SaaS teams that need senior-level system design, reliability discipline, and clear technical leadership—without hiring a full-time executive.

Before founding Nephexis, Nidhal served in senior engineering leadership roles, including Executive Director of Engineering at JPMorgan Chase, where he led large-scale, mission-critical payment platforms operating at global scale. Over more than two decades, he has worked across high-traffic systems, cloud modernization initiatives, and distributed engineering organizations across North America and Europe.

That experience shapes how we work today: reliability is engineered deliberately, risk is addressed early, and systems are designed to scale without constant rewrites. Every engagement focuses on strengthening architectural foundations while maintaining delivery speed and business alignment.

Nephexis is based in Tunisia and operates internationally. Engagements are intentionally simple: begin with a structured assessment, align on priorities, and move forward through focused implementation or ongoing architectural oversight.
